Showing Assistant / Agent Partner

The Showing Assistant / Agent Partner supports licensed agents while helping create a seamless and positive experience for clients. Working alongside lead agents, you will host property tours, participate in inspections, and assist buyers throughout the home-purchasing journey.

Through our structured mentorship program, you’ll receive practical training in a dynamic real estate setting and build the expertise, confidence, and industry knowledge needed to advance your career with our team.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
