Production Partner — McAllen, TX

Join The Deldi Ortegon Group and play an important role in delivering a smooth, exceptional real estate experience for each client. As a Production Partner, you will coordinate and conduct property tours, connect with prospective buyers, and support the team’s fast-paced, service-focused operations at 3300 N McColl Rd, McAllen.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agents to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
