Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

• You’re learning-based, eager to follow proven systems that take the guesswork out of your success.
• You can analyze client needs and match them to the right homes with professionalism and care.
• You’re comfortable spending time in the field, meeting clients, showing homes, and learning by doing.
• You’re ready to grow with a team that feels like family — one that celebrates your wins, supports your setbacks, and is all-in on your success.
• State license is required to join the team (but not to apply).
