Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Showroom Adviser to join our team in a dedicated weekend role.

Our South Kirkby showroom is one of the largest kitchen showrooms in the UK, featuring 60 stunning displays and welcomes hundreds of visitors each week. Customers visit to explore our kitchens and receive expert advice on our vast product range as they plan their dream space.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role with plenty of interaction. We take a no-pressure approach, focusing on providing clear, helpful advice so customers can make the right decisions for their needs and budget, and feel confident ordering their kitchen online.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement - Welcome customers to the showroom and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Product Knowledge - Explain our kitchen ranges, products, and ordering process, helping customers understand the features, benefits, and how we differ from competitors.

Showroom Tours & Presentations - Deliver engaging tours and presentations of our kitchen displays and showroom offering, highlighting key design features and inspiration.

Customer Service - Provide expert advice and recommendations to help customers choose the right products, responding to queries professionally and efficiently.

Team Support - Work collaboratively to ensure all customers are assisted, including supporting reception during busy periods. Contribute to general showroom upkeep, including display presentation, refreshments, and samples.

Business Support - Respond to customer enquiries via phone and online when required.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the kitchen or home improvement industry

Working Hours

• 20 hours per week (2 x 10 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 7pm)
• Flexibility around hours and working days will be required during the initial two week training period
• This is a dedicated weekend position designed to support peak customer demand, affording the right candidate a predictable shift pattern with 5 consecutive weekdays off, ideal for personal errands and appointments.

Remuneration

OTE £26,400 per annum, inclusive of enhanced weekend rate and shift premium
