Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Greet visitors warmly, answer their questions, and guide them through the showroom with enthusiasm
• Assist customers in selecting products by providing detailed information and recommendations
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom layout
• Support upselling initiatives by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary products or upgrades
• Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth operations
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions and booking customer deliveries
• Use CRM, quotation and design systems accurately, following KUBE processes and completing training
• Work showroom hours, including weekends, and support the team as your skills develop

Skills

• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
• Excellent organizational skills to keep the showroom tidy and visually appealing
• Experience or interest in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Previous experience in assisted sales or customer service, ideally in a big-ticket retail environment such as furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, interiors, home improvement or consumer durables.
• Warm, confident and approachable personality; strong listening skills and a genuine interest in helping customers find their dream kitchen.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working as part of a team; willing to receive coaching, ask questions, use feedback and work showroom hours including Weekends
