Showroom Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail coordinator to join our store team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to create an engaging shopping experience. As a Retail cordinator , you will be responsible for mainting a top level customer experience , assiting the managment team with daily duties, and and ensuring that store goals are met while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Manage cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and daily financial reconciliation.
• Implement effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
• Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and inventory management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping environment.

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and handling daily duties
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
• Experience in product demonstrations or promotions
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to demonstrate products to customers
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Familiarity with retail management practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
