Retail sales of IT products , monitors , laptopts , keyboards , hard disk , mouse etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain cleanliness, display arrangements, and overall presentation of the showroom.
• Handle billing, payments, and maintain sales records.
• Follow up with potential leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales.
