Showroom Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a polished and hospitality-focused on-call Showroom Experience Coordinator to support a professional furniture showroom. This person will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, creating a welcoming, high-quality experience while keeping the showroom organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and host clients visiting the furniture showroom, providing warm and professional hospitality.
• Manage the showroom entrance, incoming phone calls, mail, and general front-of-house responsibilities.
• Coordinate client appointments, showroom visits, events, and calendar activities.
• Assist with catering, meeting setups, and showroom event logistics.
• Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually polished showroom that reflects brand standards.
• Support day-to-day showroom operations and client-facing activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.

• Background in hospitality, luxury retail, furniture/showroom environments, reception, or customer service.
• Polished, professional, personable, and comfortable working directly with clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
