Showroom Manager

Shamo Jee Fabrics and Carpets is looking for an experienced and responsible Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day showroom operations.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure professional customer dealing and a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall performance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor showroom cleanliness, display, presentation, and overall environment.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and potential customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines.
• Develop strategies to increase showroom sales and customer retention.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Warehouse, and Management as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Intermediate candidates with strong relevant experience may also apply.
• 3–5 years of experience in showroom/retail sales management.
• Experience in furniture, fabrics, carpets, curtains, interior products, or home furnishing will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer dealing and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and POS/ERP systems.
• Professional appearance, discipline, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
