Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day OPPO showroom operations and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and monitor the showroom sales team to drive productivity.
- Ensure strong customer experience, product presentation and service standards.
- Monitor sales, stock, billing, schemes and daily MIS reports.
- Ensure product availability, proper merchandising and display standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
- Track attendance, performance and individual/team targets.
- Coordinate with HO and relevant teams for smooth operations.
