They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Showroom Manager to lead a showroom team and drive sales, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and business performance.

Available Location : Wennappuwa / Balangoda / Minuwangoda / Maharagama / Pilimathalawa / Colpetty / Kesbawa

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Performance Management: Take full responsibility for the showroom's overall performance. You will set and manage sales targets, ensure effective in-store merchandising, and implement local market development activities.
• Operations and Finance: Be responsible for managing daily showroom operations, including inventories, cash, and sales proceeds, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the showroom sales team to meet and exceed targets. You will be a strong team leader, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the showroom.

Requirements

• Passed G.C.E A/L (all three subjects).
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a professional qualification in SLIM, CIM, or a related field from a reputed institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the same industry or in related industries such as hardware.
• A dynamic and results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and business acumen.
• A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
