WE ARE HIRING: SHOWROOM MANAGER – DURGAPUR

North Willow Consulting is hiring an experienced Showroom Manager for one of its premium multinational clients in the furniture retail industry.

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000 fixed per month plus performance incentives
Compensation is negotiable for exceptional candidates with strong relevant experience and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete showroom operations independently.
• Monitor sales performance, business growth and target achievement.
• Lead, motivate and manage the showroom team.
• Handle customer relationships, escalations and service standards.
• Supervise inventory, billing, cash and operational controls.
• Coordinate effectively across sales, accounts and operations.
• Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to company processes.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Relevant experience in showroom, retail or branch management.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Tally and accounts is mandatory.
• Strong sales, team-handling and operational-management capabilities.
• Experience in billing, inventory, cash handling and reporting.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage showroom performance and customer experience.
• Experience in furniture, home interiors, consumer durables, electronics, mattresses or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
