Showroom Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and image of the showroom, ensuring it is clean, attractive, and consistently aligned with br
• and standards. Manage visual merchandising to attract customers and effectively communicate product value.
• Manage manpower and work schedules in line with customer traffic during different periods. Set team objectives, monitor performance, and continuously develop employees’ customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Welcome and professionally assist customers visiting the showroom. Provide accurate and comprehensive product information, manage the entire ordering process from start to finish, and follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle and professionally respond to customer inquiries via telephone regarding products, brands, and the company. Coordinate with and refer inquiries to relevant departments when necessary.
• Handle and professionally respond to customer inquiries via the official LINE account regarding products, brands, and the company. Coordinate with and refer inquiries to relevant departments when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or showroom operations.
• Experience in home appliances or home furniture will be considered an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service .
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills.
• Service-minded with good problem-solving and ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.
