Showroom Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, manage sales activities, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the showroom.

* Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets.

* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

* Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and stock availability.

* Maintain showroom displays, product presentation, and overall cleanliness.

* Prepare sales reports and monitor business performance.

* Train and guide staff to improve sales and customer-handling skills.

* Coordinate with management regarding sales strategies, promotions, and operational requirements.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.

* Relevant experience in showroom management, retail sales, or team supervision.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

* Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations effectively.
