We’re hiring a customer-focused, commercially-minded Showroom Manager to lead our HPS bathroom showroom in Ashford .

This is your opportunity to run the showroom as if it were your own business - building strong customer relationships, driving local sales, and inspiring your team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running all aspects of showroom operations
• Leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver excellent service
• Driving sales growth with trade and retail customers
• Owning local marketing, merchandising and display standards
• Supporting customers with layout and design advice
• Managing suppliers, stock levels, and performance KPIs
• Collaborating with trade installers and the wider site team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a bathroom, kitchen, interiors or design showroom
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for design
• CAD knowledge (Virtual Worlds or similar) is a plus
• Full UK driving license
