Showroom Manager - DIC

• Manage daily showroom operations and sales activities.
• Drive sales targets, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Guide customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Design kitchen and wardrobe spaces for customers and displays.
• Manage inventory, orders, deliveries, and suppliers.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales, design, and admin teams.
• Manage sales reports, budgets, and showroom profitability.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Design teams on promotions and displays.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in modular furniture, kitchen, wardrobe, or home décor.
• Strong showroom/retail sales management experience.
• Knowledge of kitchen & wardrobe design and interior products.
• Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficient in POS, CRM, MS Office, and design software.
• UAE retail experience is an advantage.
