Showroom Operations Coordinator

Kaizen Group is a Miami-based group of brands. We are looking for someone to run the day-to-day operations of our Wynwood showroom, focused on Kaizen Electrics (electric vehicles) and Kaizen Luxury Life (premium vehicle rentals), and to handle invoicing and payments for every sale. You will work alongside our accounting team and report directly to the owner.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Invoicing, payments and reconciliation of sales.

Operational control: making sure every sale and every delivery follows company procedures.

Order and inventory tracking.

Working with our consumer financing partners.

Company paperwork and liaison with the accounting team.

Customer service for Kaizen Luxury Life.

Other administrative and operational tasks related to the role.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in administration, invoicing or customer service.

Organized, detail-oriented, with the judgment to enforce procedures.

Computer skills: spreadsheets, email and web platforms.

Spanish required; basic English required.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Available to work on-site in Wynwood, including Saturdays.

WHAT WE OFFER

USD 38,000 per year.

Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break, and Saturdays 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. (40 hours per week).

90-day probation period.
