Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$2,000 per month
• Attractive Commission: Up to S$5,000 or more based on performance
• Performance-based incentives

Working Hours

• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 6-day work week
• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays (off day on weekday)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable curtains, blinds, wallpaper, and other home furnishing products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Follow up with company-generated leads to convert enquiries into sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent before- and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and merchandising standards.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen only.
• Minimum Secondary School or GCE "O" Level qualification.
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Experience in curtains, blinds, wallpaper, or home furnishing products is an advantage.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
