Showroom Sales & Client Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a polished, friendly, and motivated person to join our new high-end kitchen, cabinetry, appliance, and plumbing showroom.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a professional appearance and attitude, and is interested in learning about luxury kitchens, cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and interior design.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every client who enters the showroom.
• Offer guests coffee, water, or other refreshments.
• Create a warm, professional, and welcoming showroom experience.
• Learn the showroom layout and confidently introduce clients to our different displays.
• Give clients tours of the showroom and explain the different product categories.
• Learn about our cabinet, appliance, plumbing, and fixture brands.
• Answer basic customer questions and know when to bring in a designer or salesperson.
• Assist designers and sales staff with clients and showroom appointments.
• Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and following up with customers when needed.
• Help maintain product information, samples, catalogs, and displays.
• Develop product knowledge and eventually become comfortable discussing our products with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, especially with high-end residential clients, designers, builders, and contractors.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
