Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, home interiors, furniture, or interior design.

The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable interior solutions, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
• Explain and present modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior design solutions to customers.
• Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, enquiries, references, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare suitable designs and quotations.
• Follow up with customers from enquiry to order confirmation.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Coordinate with designers, project teams, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up status.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Keep updated with company products, materials, finishes, pricing, and current interior trends.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in modular kitchen / interior design / furniture / home interiors sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic understanding of modular kitchen materials, accessories, finishes, and layouts.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain design concepts.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduation is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience in interior design, modular kitchens, furniture, or home improvement sales will be preferred.
• Preferred Candidate
• Candidates with prior experience in modular kitchen showrooms, interior design companies, kitchen studios are preferred.
