Showroom Visual Styling & Multimedia Associate

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Showroom Visual Styling & Multimedia Associate to support the styling and setup of showroom displays and events while assisting the multimedia team in producing marketing materials. This role works closely with the Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Multimedia teams to help create visually compelling showroom spaces and cohesive brand presentations across both physical and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Styling & Visual Merchandising

• Assist in the setup and styling of showroom displays to highlight furniture collections and curated interior environments.
• Support showroom re-layouts, product rotations, and display updates.
• Style furniture, décor, and accessories to create inspiring lifestyle settings.
• Ensure showroom spaces are well-maintained and aligned with brand visual standards.
• Assist in preparing showroom areas for product launches and featured displays.

Event Styling & Setup

• Assist in the styling and physical setup of showroom events, launches, and designer gatherings.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute event layouts, décor placements, and styling elements.
• Ensure event visuals align with the event theme and overall brand identity.

Multimedia Production Support

• Assist in the preparation and production of marketing collaterals including layouts, graphics, and presentations.
• Provide support for marketing campaigns, digital content, and showroom visuals.
• Help organize files, manage creative assets, and assist in multimedia production tasks.
• Collaborate with multimedia artists to maintain visual consistency across brand materials.

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and multimedia teams to support showroom initiatives, campaigns, and events.
• Assist in coordinating visual requirements for showroom updates and campaign launches.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
