AISAT College of Dasmariñas is looking for qualified and passionate teachers who will be responsible for preparing lesson plans and delivering quality education to students. The role includes engaging students through effective teaching strategies, assessing performance, and supporting their academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver course materials and instructional plans aligned with the assigned subject area.
• Facilitate classroom and/or online instruction using effective and engaging teaching strategies.
• Conduct assessments of student learning and provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
• Participate in curriculum development, review, and improvement initiatives.
• Implement effective classroom management techniques to support a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
• Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and school activities.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and personal development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or in a related field (with specialization in the subject area applied for).
• Master’s Degree (preferred but not required).
• Licensed Professional Teacher (LET Passer) is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to delivering quality education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to various teaching environments.
• With complete Government Credentials.
