Run the site store for a major industrial shutdown at Queensland Nitrates Pty Ltd (QNP). If you know your way around a stores container and can keep maintenance crews supplied without drama, we want to hear from you.

About us

ACL Industrial Technology is a family-owned industrial and welding products distributor with branches across regional Queensland, servicing heavy industry Australia-wide. We run on-site store services for client shutdowns, supplying storepeople and stock management support for the duration of the works.

What you’ll be doing

• Issuing stock and materials to trades and maintenance crews from the site store
• Receiving deliveries, checking against orders and packing slips, and putting stock away
• Monitoring stock levels and flagging replenishment needs to the ACL site contact
• Keeping the store clean, organised and safely stacked
• Maintaining accurate stock records, manual or system-based as directed
• Following site safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times
• Working cooperatively with client personnel and other contractors on site

The details

• Site: Queensland Nitrates Pty Ltd (QNP), Three Chain Road, Moura QLD 4718

• Pre-shut: one day, either 30 September or 1 October 2026

• Main roster: 8 on / 4 off (days), 8 on / 4 off (nights), 14 October to approx. 18 November 2026

• Shifts: 12 hours, 6:00 am–6:00 pm or 6:00 pm–6:00 am

• Accommodation and meals: provided by client

• Transport: daily bus from Moura accommodation to site and return. You’re responsible for getting yourself to Moura.

What you’ll need

• Current White Card
• Able to complete site induction before starting
• Able to work a 12-hour shift roster across day and night rotations
• Must pass site drug and alcohol testing as standard for entry
• Stores, warehouse or trade assistant background
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable running a store independently on an industrial site
