Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter with strong practical knowledge of construction shuttering/formwork and gypsum carpentry works. The candidate should be capable of handling carpentry works from the initial stage through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out shuttering/formwork works for foundations, footings, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and other RCC structures.
• Read and understand structural drawings, dimensions, levels, and formwork details.
• Prepare, install, align, support, and dismantle shuttering as per approved drawings.
• Ensure proper alignment, levels, dimensions, and stability of shuttering before concrete works.
• Carry out wooden and other formwork carpentry works as required on site.
• Perform gypsum carpentry works, including framing, partitions, ceilings, bulkheads, and related gypsum structures.
• Read and understand gypsum drawings and site details.
• Coordinate carpentry works with civil, MEP, and other site activities.
• Carry out rectification and finishing works as required.
• Maintain good workmanship and follow site safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in shuttering/formwork carpentry.
• Practical knowledge and experience in gypsum carpentry works.
• Ability to read and understand construction and technical drawings.
• Experience in villa Construction and fit-out works is preferred.
• Gulf/UAE experience is preferred, but candidates without Gulf experience may also apply.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the site team.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
