Shuttering Carpenter Foreman (Construction)

• Perform shuttering and formwork carpentry for columns, beams, slabs, walls, foundations, and other concrete structures
• Assemble, install, align, and dismantle formwork and shuttering systems
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other formwork materials
• Read and follow construction drawings, measurements, and site instructions
• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, levels, and support of shuttering before concrete works
• Maintain good workmanship while following site safety procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site teams to complete assigned works efficiently

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of overall construction/carpentry experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE
• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter / Formwork Carpenter
• Strong knowledge of shuttering and formwork works
• Ability to understand drawings, measurements, and site requirements
• Good knowledge of construction site safety practices
