What they need
- Accurately interpret blueprints and construction drawings to construct and erect formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precise dimensions and structural integrity.
- Safely assemble, install, and dismantle wooden or metal forms, scaffolding, and other temporary structures used in concrete construction.
- Measure, cut, and shape timber and plywood to required specifications, utilizing hand and power tools with precision.
- Ensure all formwork is correctly braced, supported, and secured to withstand the pressure of wet concrete and construction loads.
Desired Candidate Profile
Currently residing and working in the UAE
Proven experience in shuttering/formwork for construction projects
Ability to read construction drawings and set up formwork accurately
Physically fit and able to work on active construction sites
Willing and available to relocate from Dubai to Romania
