About the role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Clementi West, West Region. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in providing safe, efficient and courteous transportation services to our employees and clients. This position is essential to supporting our operations and ensuring smooth daily mobility for our workforce across the West Region.

What you'll be doing

• Operating the shuttle bus safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies
• Transporting employees and clients to designated locations on scheduled routes
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in optimal working condition
• Maintaining accurate logs of routes, mileage, fuel consumption and passenger numbers
• Keeping the shuttle bus clean and well-maintained at all times
• Communicating professionally with passengers and responding to their queries in a courteous manner
• Reporting any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to management
• Following all safety protocols and company procedures
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a professional bus or shuttle driver
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best driving practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled routes
• Physical fitness and ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
• Flexibility to work shift patterns as required by operational needs
• A proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards
• Courteous and professional demeanour when interacting with passengers
