Shuttle Driver

HMR Transportation is seeking experienced, professional, and safety-focused Class B Shuttle and Bus Drivers to join our growing transportation team.

Our drivers provide professional transportation services for hotels, resorts, corporate clients, airport passengers, groups, events, and other transportation contracts throughout Southern California.

We are looking for dependable drivers who take pride in providing excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and vehicle care.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Valid California Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Valid Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Current and valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate / Medical Card
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must maintain eligibility for required DOT drug and alcohol testing programs
• Clean and acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate shuttle buses, passenger buses, and commercial passenger vehicles
• Must follow all DOT, CHP, company, and applicable transportation safety regulations
• Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, supervisors, hotel staff, and management
• Ability to assist passengers with luggage when necessary
• Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings when required

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, manifests, and dispatch instructions
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage when necessary
• Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors throughout scheduled shifts
• Immediately report vehicle concerns, accidents, incidents, delays, or passenger-related issues
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations
• Properly complete required driver logs, inspection reports, and company documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience driving shuttle buses, motorcoaches, transit buses, hotel shuttles, airport transportation, or similar commercial passenger vehicles
• Experience working with hotels, airports, conventions, corporate transportation, or tourism transportation
• Strong knowledge of Anaheim, Orange County, Los Angeles, and surrounding Southern California areas
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
