Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and responsible Shuttle Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will operate company vehicles to transport guests, staff, and supplies efficiently and safely across designated routes. Your enthusiasm and attention to safety will ensure smooth operations while providing excellent service that reflects our commitment to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles along assigned routes, including over-the-road (OTR) driving routes, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Navigate using GPS navigation systems to reach destinations accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload luggage, supplies, or freight using manual handling techniques while adhering to safety standards.
• Follow all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and hazardous materials regulations when transporting goods or passengers.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety equipment before each shift.
• Assist with logistics cargo handling, including loading flatbed or tanker trucks when necessary.
• Document all trips accurately in logs, report any vehicle issues promptly, and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in delivery driving or commercial truck driving, especially with freight or hazardous materials.
• Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or tractor-trailers is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of truck loading/unloading procedures and logistics cargo handling.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and safely.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience with route driving is preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, hazard materials regulations, DOT rules, and safety standards related to commercial driving.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and guests professionally.
• Ability to handle manual tasks related to loading/unloading cargo safely and efficiently.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
