Shuttle Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services. The primary responsibility is to operate passenger shuttles, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining a high standard of safety and customer service. This role involves day-to-day driving duties, assisting passengers, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

40 hours per week. 2 overnight shifts and 4 evening shifts.

Duties

• Operate passenger shuttles to transport guests or employees between designated locations.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit by following traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the shuttle, providing friendly and helpful service.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the shuttle vehicle, including regular inspections.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents or issues encountered during shifts.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch or management regarding schedules, delays, or vehicle concerns.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating passenger vehicles in the region.
• Proven experience as a passenger driver or shuttle driver is preferred.
• Excellent driving skills with a good driving record.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to operate GPS devices and follow navigation instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to passenger transportation.
