Shuttle Driver

Ameyalli Residence Club is seeking a safety-focused, service-minded Shuttle Driver to provide reliable, professional transportation for Owners and Guests during the winter ski season. More than a driver, you will be a concierge on wheels—helping create seamless luxury ski vacations through personalized service, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

This part-time seasonal role will include working weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periods. The Shuttle Driver reports to the Residence Club Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport Owners and Guests between Ameyalli Residence Club, Deer Valley Resort, and other approved local destinations.

• Provide professional, door-to-door service and communicate clearly about pickup locations, timing, and schedule changes.

• Assist guests with skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, luggage, and safe vehicle entry and exit.

• Monitor weather, traffic, road conditions, and alternate routes to keep trips safe and timely.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; track mileage, fuel use, and safety or maintenance concerns.

• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, free of snow and ice, and ready for each guest.

• Operate confidently in snow, ice, limited visibility, and changing mountain conditions.

• Share helpful local knowledge about mountain access, skier services, events, and resort amenities.

• Protect Owner and Guest confidentiality and elevate service or safety concerns appropriately.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to meet company insurance requirements. Must pass background and driving record check.

• At least two years of professional driving, transportation, hospitality, valet, or guest service experience.

• Experience operating SUVs, luxury passenger vehicles, or similar transportation vehicles.

• Confidence driving in snow and winter mountain conditions.

• Strong communication, judgment, and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with Deer Valley, Park City, Midway, and surrounding communities.

• Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures, and respond calmly to changing conditions.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, and load ski equipment and luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, kneel, balance, squat, and stretch as required throughout the workday.

• Ability to work outdoors in cold temperatures, snow, wind, and changing weather conditions.

• Ability to shovel light snow around vehicle loading areas when needed.

• Availability for seasonal shifts that will include weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periods.
