Shuttle Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, high-energy, and dependable Shuttle Driver to join our guest services team. In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, providing safe and efficient transportation for our guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and corporate hubs. Your goal is to provide a seamless "door-to-door" experience that reflects the high standards of the Hyatt.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Transportation: Safely operate the hotel shuttle (van or mini-bus) on predetermined routes and on-demand requests, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• The "First Impression": Greet every guest with a warm, professional welcome. Act as a local ambassador by providing information on hotel amenities, local dining, and points of interest.
• Luggage Assistance: Proactively assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring all items are handled with care and stored securely.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Aesthetics: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain a spotless vehicle interior and exterior to meet brand cleanliness standards.
• Communication: Maintain constant contact with the Front Desk and Bell Stand via radio or mobile app to coordinate guest pickups and adjust to flight delays or traffic.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and property safety protocols. Report any mechanical issues or guest incidents to management immediately.
• Support Operations: During downtime, assist the Front Office with parking, lobby cleanliness, or delivering guest requests (extra pillows, towels, etc.).

Requirements

• License & Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Hospitality Mindset: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Hotel, Tourism, or High-End Transport) is preferred.
• Communication: Highly professional verbal communication skills; ability to remain calm and polite in heavy traffic or stressful situations.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull luggage frequently (up to 50 lbs) and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
