As an ambassador of El Encanto, the Shuttle Driver ensures that every journey is comfortable, punctual, and reflective of the professional and gracious service standards for which the resort is known.

This role requires a dependable and safety-focused professional who exercises sound judgment, maintains discretion, and treats every team member with warmth and respect. • Maintain accurate transportation records, including mileage, passenger counts, fuel use, inspections, delays, incidents, and other required documentation.

Team Member Service & Communication

  • Welcome team members warmly, provide courteous assistance when entering or exiting the vehicle, and help with belongings when appropriate.
  • Coordinate proactively with Security, Human Resources, and resort operations regarding schedules, route changes, special transportation needs, and service updates.
  • Maintain a professional, calm, and discreet presence while protecting team-member privacy and responding appropriately to emergencies, accidents, or unexpected operational situations.
