At Best Western, no two days are the same. Part of your day you'll keep the hotel running, fixing what's broken and keeping rooms guest-ready. The rest, you'll be behind the wheel of our 15-passenger shuttle, getting guests around town and to and from Harrisburg a few times a week. WHO WE ARE

Best Western Shippensburg Hotel is a 59-room Best Western hotel on Walnut Bottom Road, minutes from Shippensburg University and the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail. We're managed by Areya Management, a Pennsylvania-based hospitality company running 15 hotels across Pennsylvania and Virginia under IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Best Western and Choice. With a small, tight-knit team, you'll know every coworker by name — and plenty of guests too.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

◆ Drive guests safely in our 15-passenger shuttle on local runs, and to and from Harrisburg a few times a week

◆ Greet guests, help with luggage and keep shuttle pickups on time

◆ Keep the shuttle clean, fueled and inspected, and report any vehicle issues right away

◆ Knock out guest-room and public-area work orders — plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and fixtures

◆ Run preventive maintenance on guest rooms and HVAC/PTAC units, and keep the pool balanced and logged

◆ Keep grounds, parking lot and building exterior in top shape

◆ Work with front desk and housekeeping to get rooms back in service fast

YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU

◆ Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

◆ Are comfortable driving a 15-passenger van, including highway trips (no CDL needed)

◆ Have 1+ year of maintenance experience (hotel, apartment, property or facilities) and know basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC

◆ Are friendly, punctual and great with guests

◆ Can lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and cover occasional weekends

◆ Bonus points: passenger van driving experience, CPO (pool operator) or EPA 608 certification
