采购工程师(SI)

该职位来源于猎聘 采购工程师 Procurement Engineer for Sinter Branch 【Responsibilities】

• Understand and follow standardized purchasing processes
• Responsible for the targets and results of assigned tasks and fields (mainly focus on outsouring process,such as turning,milling,grinding ,drilling etc.)
• Accumulate product and market information and continuously seek the most competitive offers
• Supplier selection, negotiation, monitor, evaluation and risk management
• Implement cost reduction program according to the agreed annual purchasing targets
• Supplier audit and development together with the linked functions
• Support strategic projects, supplier N/G cost claim etc 【Requirement】
• University degree, technical background with major in mechanical or electrical is preferred;
• Above 5-year working experience in mechanical, electrical industry
• Experience with machining, tooling and contractor management is preferred
• Good command in English will be a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good time management skill
• Have good sense of responsibility
• Be able to work under pressure
