该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 "1.高速组件自动化测试系统的测试产能规划 2.新测试系统开发和搭建验证: 3.新产品SI测试方法验证与定义; 4.新的SI测试规范评估和厂内发行; 5.样品段SI测试 6.NPI段产品测试 岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，微电子、电子信息工程、通信工程、电磁场与微波技术、物理学等相关专业。 2、 对信号完整性基础理论、传输线原理有基本了解者优先；使用SI仿真软件更好，如HFSS仿真软件。对高速线缆/连接器行业有浓厚兴趣。 3、了解网络分析仪等测试仪器者优先；具备一定的数据分析能力。 4、 踏实肯干，动手能力强；逻辑思维清晰，学习意愿强；具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识。"
