质量工程师（SI）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位：质量工程师， 粉末冶金分公司 主要负责前期质量+过程+客户质量 生产粉末冶金零部件，产品应用汽车及工业领域 List of Activities:

• Responsibility for overall product quality, from project phase to field; including project quality, process quality and customer quality;
• Handling both internal and external quality issues with systematic and effectiveness to deep dive root cause and countermeasures.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, familiar with quality tools and methods (e.g. 8D, FTA, 5why…)
• Advanced quality plan for new Projects, including Preparing FMEA, procedures, control plan, working instructions etc. and to ensure all special characteristics are identified as requested, ensure new project can be successfully SOP within target
• Confirm, summary and transfer products requirement to whole process including supplier process, establish effective testing & inspection methods for product.
• Prepare quality documents for Sampling/OTS/PPAP phase and communicate with customers for PSW approval; prepare regular or temporary document and report which be required by customers.
• Build good relationships with customers.
• Supplier assessment (quality assurance, control etc) and management during new project.
• Continuous improvement in quality assurance, including optimization of the control plan and measuring methods to reduce costs and improve process efficiency. Requirement Profile:
• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or engineering related major
• Familiar with powder metallurgy product knowledge, 3. with more than 5 years of relevant industry working experience;
• Knowledge of IATF16949, VDA6.3, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D
• Strong data analysis ability, programming skill(e.g. PowerBI, Python) is preferred
• Collaborative, Ownership
• Good in oral English
