• Develop and lead Electrical Engineering Team, to support 400G/800G/1.6T or higher data-rate ACC/DAC products and systems. 组建并带领电气工程团队，支撑 400G/800G/1.6T 及更高速率 ACC/DAC 产品与系统研发。
• Design and improve ACC/DAC products, including the hardware, software, firmware and testing program. 负责 ACC/DAC 产品设计与迭代优化，涵盖硬件、软件、固件以及测试程序开发。
• Communicate with customer, define customer requirements, co-work with Product Development Team to support new ACC/DAC projects. 对接客户，梳理客户需求；与产品开发团队协作，推进 ACC/DAC 新项目落地。
• Perform quality and performance analysis on ACC/DAC products running in mass production, to improve the yield and reduce the scrap cost. 对量产 ACC/DAC 产品开展质量与性能分析，提升良率，降低报废成本。
• Develop necessary engineering capabilities required to enable industry leading performance in High Speed Cable business. 搭建高速线缆业务所需工程技术能力，打造行业前列的产品性能。
• Manage Electrical Engineering Team, including engineer recruiting, training, assigning and KPI setting/review. 负责电气工程团队管理：工程师招聘、培训、任务分配、KPI 制定与复盘。 Requirement 任职要求
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Engineering or related. 本科及以上学历，电气工程、电子工程、电子信息工程、计算机工程或相关专业。
• At least 5 years’ experience on DAC/Redriver based products development, such as QSFP/QDD/OSFP 400G/800G/1.6T solutions of Server/Switch in datacenter industry. 5 年及以上基于 DAC/Redriver 产品研发经验，熟悉数据中心服务器 / 交换机 QSFP/QDD/OSFP 400G/800G/1.6T 解决方案。
• Familiar with CMIS (Common Management Interface Specification), MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) and SFF Common Management Interface. 熟悉 CMIS 通用管理接口规范、MSA 多源协议以及 SFF 通用管理接口标准。
• Schematic circuit diagram design, PCB/Layout design, firmware development for ACC/DAC products. 能够完成 ACC/DAC 产品原理图、PCB 布局布线、固件开发工作。
• Familiar with test requirement, test specification, test setup and debug for ACC/DAC products. 熟悉 ACC/DAC 产品测试需求、测试规范、测试平台搭建与调试。
• Good at SI (Signal Integrity) and PI (Power Integrity), simulations. 精通信号完整性 SI、电源完整性 PI 及相关仿真。
• At least 2 years’ management experience of Engineering team. 2 年及以上工程团队管理经验。
• Strong organizational and communication skills 优秀的组织统筹与沟通能力。
• Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
