SI Manager (信号完整性经理）

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SI and design engineers; manage performance reviews and career growth.
• Allocate resources and prioritize projects to meet product development milestones across multiple programs.
• Define and maintain SI design guidelines, simulation methodologies, and best practices for 224G/448G cable assemblies.
• Lead customer design reviews on SI topics; clearly communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Guide team through SI simulation (HFSS/CST/ADS), prototype builds, VNA/TDR characterization, and design verification testing.
• Oversee NPI activities, support pilot runs, resolve SI-related field issues, and ensure smooth transition to mass production.
• Partner with teams to ensure design-for-manufacturing and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead technical evaluations during supplier selection and qualification of cables, connectors, and materials. Requirements:
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field .
• 8+ years of industry experience in high-speed signal integrity, with at least 5+ years directly focused on high-speed cable assemblies, harnesses, or interconnects.
• Deep knowledge of high-speed cable types (Twinax, micro-coaxial, AEC, active cables) and connector interfaces (OSFP, QSFP-DD, near-ASIC landing).
• Proficiency in SI simulation tools: Ansys HFSS, CST Studio Suite, Keysight ADS.
• Excellent customer-facing communication – able to present complex technical data clearly and persuasively to global customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to bridge gaps between SI, EE, ME, thermal, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – must be able to lead customer calls and write technical reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
