SIA Door Supervisor

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive SIA Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Manage entry and exit points by verifying identities and checking credentials of staff, visitors, and contractors
• Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity around the premises and identify potential security threats
• Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when necessary
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid if required, and coordinate with emergency services when needed
• Perform regular patrols of the venue to ensure safety protocols are followed and report any irregularities or hazards
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes
• Enforce venue policies consistently while delivering friendly, professional customer service to all guests

Requirements

• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license as a Door Supervisor or equivalent certification
• Proven experience in security roles with a focus on surveillance, loss prevention, or crowd control
• Strong knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations; first aid certification is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
• Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills to identify potential security issues proactively
