Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the site
• Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and deterring theft or vandalism
• Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations of staff, visitors, and contractors
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with emergency services as needed
• Perform routine patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting purposes
• Provide first aid assistance when necessary, following established protocols to ensure safety and well-being

Experience

• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license demonstrating compliance with licensing requirements
• Prior experience in security roles with a focus on surveillance and loss prevention preferred
• Knowledge of CCTV operation, monitoring techniques, and incident response procedures
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols, including basic first aid certification
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior or security breaches quickly

Pay: £14.00-£18.48 per hour
