该职位来源于猎聘 This position is SiC/module device testing expert under GTRnD TF team and main responsible for China field customer support, will be the interface between customer and QMT testing domain to establish the proper technical know-how relationship. Working with region marketing team on key customer electrical testing support like testing characterization, line build-up and testing approach validation with internal / external resource. Maintaining the ST advanced electrical testing know-how during communication and generate the right guidance on ST device usage on customer application.

• Act as interface of testing RD with China region marketing to manage the communication with customer on testing technical domain.
• Attending customer online / on-site workshop meeting and lead the test RD action items through project management approach.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for test RD action items with internal / external resource.
• Work with test RD / reliability lab team to generate the right testing solution for customer support demand and release for operation.
• Guarantee SiC / IGBT test golden flow deployment plan meet with actual customer requirement and key milestone readiness.
• Regular reviewing China overall marketing power module testing technical development and share to GTRnD TF team.
• Support region / oversea application team to build up proper application solution to customer on ST device. 任职资格
• Master or above degree n electrical / semiconductor engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills both in written and verbal.
• ＞3 years of experience in semiconductor: power electronics / modules package is preferred.
• Solid understanding of power module and application especially SiC/GaN device theory, both static / dynamic and application characterization.
• Experience with electrical test know-how, parametric analyzers, curve tracers, AC tester and driver controller for IEC and Jedec criteria.
• Strong problem-solving skills and problem prevention skills including different analysis tool.
