Position Summary

Premier Property Maintenance is seeking individuals who are hardworking and interested in a seasonal sidewalk shoveling/snow blowing/salting position. These individuals need to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality snow clearing service in adverse weather and mostly at night or during the early morning hours. Top pay based on experience. End of season bonus based on performance and attendance.

Job & Shift Info:

• Job type – Seasonal
• The position will start in November and end at the end of winter in March or April. Full time employment may be available upon completion of the winter season if desired.
• The position is for whenever it snows, primarily 3rd shift starting around 2-4am and ending after route completion which is generally 3-4 hours for salting and 8-12 hours for snow clearing.
• The position requires the individual to be available whenever it snows including days/nights and weekends.

• Report to work at scheduled starting time and provide a professional appearance.
• Provide a high-quality service for our clients.
• Act professional when speaking to customers.
• Clock in and out of jobs and fill out paperwork.
• Perform sidewalk shoveling/salting services to the best of your abilities
• Equipment Service – Inform supervisor if equipment needs repair work so daily tasks can be performed.

What You Must Bring to the Team:

• A good positive attitude, a willingness to learn
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to safely and confidently drive in snow and icy conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
• Accountability for work performed
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and communication skills
