Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, and metal siding with precision and care
• Install windows securely according to manufacturer specifications and technical drawings
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
• Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate placement of siding and windows
• Follow all construction safety regulations, including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and scaffolding during outdoor work
• Perform roofing repairs such as metal roofing or single-ply membrane roofing when required for restoration projects
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to prevent injuries while maintaining productivity
• Apply caulking, stucco, masonry, or tile laying techniques as needed for finishing touches or restoration work
• Adhere strictly to construction site safety procedures, including the use of fall protection equipment and hazard awareness

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation, window replacement, or exterior renovation projects
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, or construction plans
• Hands-on experience working with hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and safety harnesses in outdoor environments
• Knowledge of roofing repair techniques including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing systems
• Previous experience in masonry or stucco work is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods during installation projects
• Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times
