Siding and Window Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Siding and Window Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, replacing, and repairing siding and windows on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors, utilizing hand tools and power tools, and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality construction projects while developing valuable skills in the exterior finishing industry.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair siding materials on various building types using hand tools and power tools.
• Measure and cut siding and window materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish.
• Prepare work sites by removing old siding or windows, ensuring surfaces are ready for installation.
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
• Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, levels, and other manual equipment efficiently.
• Operate power tools including drills, saws, and other equipment necessary for installation tasks.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris appropriately.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in siding installation or related outdoor construction work preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools required; experience with power tools is essential.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent measurement and cutting skills.
• Good physical stamina and strength to handle lifting, climbing, and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights.
• Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.82 - $31.09 per hour
