Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise siding installation crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute siding projects
• Coordinate daily work schedules, materials procurement, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure siding work meets industry standards and client expectations
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating to optimize project profitability
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6 for project documentation and communication
• Enforce safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in siding installation or related construction fields
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
• Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar tools
• Excellent understanding of quality control procedures and safety standards in construction environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
• Skilled in budgeting, resource planning, and project scheduling to keep projects on track
• Effective communicator with leadership qualities to motivate teams and liaise with clients and subcontractors

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
