Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, removal, and repair of siding panels and gutter systems on various building types
• Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and caulking guns to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Support heavy lifting activities to move materials safely around job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints or project plans to ensure proper placement and measurements
• Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and long-lasting results
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in construction and carpentry projects
• Previous construction or handyman experience is highly desirable
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings for accurate installation
• Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints effectively
• Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
• Basic understanding of blueprint reading to follow project specifications accurately
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in construction trades

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
