Based in Mumbai, this role is crucial for maintaining the security posture of our clients by ensuring the effective collection, integration, and analysis of security data.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting ingestion and performance issues within SIEM environments.
• Experience with both Windows and Linux administration, supporting diverse IT environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance security operations.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices in the consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SIEM rules and use cases to enhance threat detection capabilities.
• Integrate log sources across various platforms to ensure comprehensive security monitoring.
• Configure and maintain log collection and parsing processes to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor SIEM system health and performance, addressing any issues proactively to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tune correlation rules and improve incident response times.
• Conduct regular administration activities to maintain the SIEM infrastructure's integrity and performance.
• Resolve SIEM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to security operations.
• Maintain and update documentation related to SIEM configurations, processes, and incident response procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
