What they need
Company Description LoyaltyTown by ADIION is an AI-powered Connected Manufacturing Platform that gives every physical product a secure digital identity, extending visibility beyond the factory gate. With a single QR or NFC scan, the platform enables product authentication, anti-counterfeit protection, supply chain traceability, digital warranty, and customer registration. It also powers channel loyalty programs, incentives, and advanced customer analytics to help brands understand who bought their products, where they were sold, and what customers may purchase next. Offered as a white-label B2B SaaS solution and built specifically for Bharat-based manufacturers, LoyaltyTown supports brands in gaining deeper market insights and stronger customer relationships.
Role Description The Siemens PLC Developer will design, program, test, and commission Siemens PLC-based automation solutions for manufacturing clients using the LoyaltyTown platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing PLC logic, configuring communication interfaces, integrating PLC systems with IoT devices and backend services, and troubleshooting control systems on the shop floor. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize production processes, ensure system reliability, and create technical documentation and support materials. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close interaction with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders.
