We urgently need a reliable and supportive Sighted Guide & Practical Assistant to support a university student at Durham University.

What the job involves:

Supporting the student around the university campus and helping with practical day-to-day access needs, including travelling between lectures, classrooms and university facilities.

The role may include:

• Guiding the student safely around campus
• Supporting travel between different university locations
• Practical assistance with accessing university facilities
• Providing reliable support according to the student's timetable and individual needs

VARIABLE TIMETABLE

There is no fixed timetable at this stage. Hours will be variable and arranged to match your availability and the student's needs.
